Returns

We apologize if you are not completely satisfied with the items received. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. Please contact our customer service on our website or by email at fengjiulong@eifini.com , indicating the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please pack the items to be returned with the original packaging.
3. Drop off your package at your local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

There are two return methods:

1. Return label
   Use our return label to ship your return within 30 days of delivery. A fee of $10.99 will be deducted per returned package.
   Note: If you are returning multiple items from the same order, please return them together using a single return label to avoid additional fees.

2. Autonomous return
   (Return items by your own means, using your own shipping method and at your own expense.)

Return conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you wish to return the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. The following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, underwear, event and party items, beauty products and accessories (except scarves, bags and mermaid blankets).
3. Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
5. We do not accept returned items that were sent without a proper return request.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) return service for returned packages. Returns are at your expense.
7. Please be sure to check your returns carefully before shipping them. We are not responsible for unrequested product returns.
   Note: Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return address

Please contact our customer service if you wish to return items, and we will provide you with the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and may affect the processing of your return.
